From Our Pasture to Your Pack

S&S Acres is a surgeon-owned, family-run ranch in Lima, Ohio — bison, elk, red deer, Highland, Watusi, and yak on our own pasture. Tonka Bison Jerky is the newest program: shelf-stable snacks from the same herd standards we breed by. The full ranch story — the four mascot bulls, the family, five generations of Ohio farming — lives on our main site.
